Change in Shareholdership

During 2011 Falcom Wireless joined Erco & Gener (www.ercogener.com), remaining an independent company according to German commercial law. This cooperation will support Falcom's strategy in developing and marketing its own products as well as its expansion in OEM/ODM business.

Erco & Gener, the new parent company, is the French leader for industrial modems. Erco & Gener markets in Europe a whole range of industrial telco solutions designed to be integrated into metering, automation, security, AVL and tracking applications.
